There are places to remember, places that sell a special product in a special way. Our Butcher Shop and Retail Store is a prime example, open 7 days a week, hand-carving the same dry aged steaks and chops that are served in our restaurant next door.

Our butchers are highly skilled craftsmen, ready to serve up a platter of sirloins or create a custom order prepared to your exact specifications.

We also carry moist and delicious rotisserie chickens and Bryant & Cooper’s famous side dishes of creamed spinach, mashed potatoes, jumbo shrimp cocktail and other favorites.

All Bryant & Cooper prime beef is dry aged to enhance the flavor and give it a buttery texture. Our steaks are trimmed of unnecessary fat, and our friendly butchers will even carry your order out to the car.
