(Serves Ten)
5 lbs Mushroom caps, thinly sliced
2 lbs Butter, cut into small cubes
1 cup Fresh Garlic, thinly sliced
1/2 gal Water
Salt & Pepper
Bring water to a boil in a saucepan. Add mushrooms; cook for about 10 minutes.
Strain water from saucepan leaving about 1 cup of water. Bring back to fire and
simmer. Add garlic and cook for another 5 minutes gradually adding and stirring butter
until completely melted. Add salt and pepper to taste.
